Yes, of course the end of the trimester had to be stressful. That is usually when we have to do all the hard things that we have been putting off because Wayne works so hard in school during the trimester. It's sad because it's really supposed to be a two week "vacation". Anyway, we did do a few things with the kids, amidst moving and unpacking (yes, we moved again. I think it's become a hobby of ours). So we took an adventure to the Crown Center. Apparently that is a big attraction, and we never realized it. We've lived here for two years! They have this restaurant called Fritz's Railroad Restaurant. It's pretty neat. A little train comes and delivers your food to your table. We decided the kids would love to go, so the picture above is them at the restaurant, and yes, they LOVED it:) Couldn't find our camera, so the few pictures we got are from my phone.
This picture was taken as they were watching the train coming! They both got so excited, squealing and clapping. It was so fun watching them:)
The last three pictures are at the farmstead. We love going there. The kids got to watch them milk a cow this time, and see a baby calf that was only three days old. The kids love seeing all the animals there. It's one of the free attractions in town and is so fun!
