Christmas 2010

We had a little pre-Christmas before we went back to Utah and Arizona so Hailey and Caio could open their big presents that wouldn't fit in the car. Hailey is excited about her presents.

 Hailey opening her Doctors kit. She wanted that really bad. She doesn't look very happy but she is. She woke up at 3 a.m. Christmas morning throwing up so she was pretty sick. If fact we as a family took turns getting sick and then passing it on to each other.  Not the best way to spend our Christmas break but we were still really grateful that we could spend time with family. 

 Caio opening his train set! His dream come true. After getting kicked out of the library over a train set, Santa thought it was time he got his own. He spent the rest of our Christmas break pushing his trains around that track. P.S. don't touch it without permission cause he'll take you down, ain't nobody touches his train set.  (he is a little bit of a fanatic)  

 Caio randomly found his cousin JR's toy gun and picked it up and started shooting things. Holding it up to his shoulder and finger on the trigger like a true professional. We were totally baffled. We don't know where he learned to do that.  

 This is one of my favorite shots of him taking aim. Funny kid. Notice how he is lining up that sight. 

 Just another random shot of the red rocks and the snow covered peaks in the background. We miss home. Such a beautiful country. 

This picture wasn't supposed to be here. It was supposed to be at the top. Apparently I (Wayne) don't update this enough to know what I'm doing. Some work is better left to the master crafts man (Melinda). I woke up the kids and told them there was a big surprise in the front room and Hailey runs to the window, ignoring the presents, and gets excited about the little skiff of snow we got. Silly girl. Notice she is wearing her PJ's over top of her clothes. The only way she'll wear them.
