Boo at the Zoo and Fall

Note the amazing FREE haircut that Senor Cox gave his son. And I did a WAY better job than those overpriced crackerjack ladies down the street.

The kids enjoying the nice fall weather. Actually this was the one day it was actually nice enough to go out side. It went from summer to 30 degrees outside in two days and its been cold ever since. We have had about a whole 3 nice fall days since summer.

It is virtually impossible to get both kids to sit still, look at the camera, and smile in the same instant. This is as close as it gets.

Melinda enjoying the beautiful scenery at the zoo. My school paid for us to go to the zoo on the zoo's trick or treat day. The kids had a blast. It never fails though, we get half way through the zoo and they pass out. So this time we started at the other end. Its actually nice that they fall asleep cause the zoo is so big, by the time we are half way through it, us adults are tuckered out too.

This was the haunted pirate ship that was inside the old monkey cage. It was pretty scary. Hailey wasn't scared though cause all those old skeletons hanging around were just like dad's skeleton at home that she plays with.
